If there is availability to accommodate your order, we will then communicate via email regarding the finer details, and you will receive an invoice. Generally, between 3-4 weeks is ideal if you are interested in custom made cookies for your event/occasion, longer if you require shipping (4-5 weeks) We take on a capped number of orders per month. This allows us to manage each with the care and attention to detail that every order deserves. If you require any specialty stamps made for your custom designed set, this also ensures enough time.

While pick up is always the preferred option, we can ship nationwide via Australia Post Express. Your cookies will be safely wrapped in protective packaging. A loaded cookie weighs in at 100g and is slightly flatter than its chunkier counterpart. It’s a bakery- style cookie that has a crisp exterior and gooey centre. Chunky cookies are a Levain-style bake… bigger (130g), taller and slightly softer than a loaded cookie.

All cookies are individually heat-sealed and will maintain their freshness for 4 weeks when stored correctly, but it goes without saying… the sooner you enjoy them, the better! A cookie ‘care card’ will accompany your order with very clear instructions on how to properly store your cookies. Sugar cookies can be safely frozen for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Allow to defrost at room temperature for a minimum of 4 hours, and keep container sealed until completely defrosted.

Every cookie that we sell to our customers is baked fresh to order. For this reason, all orders are submitted through the enquiry form, and (with the exception of pre-order packs) are dependant upon booking availability. You will always receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your form ... then you can pay your invoice to proceed with the order!
